By accessing or using Quill AI at tryquillai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Quill AI is an AI-powered blog writing tool. You provide a topic and the service generates a structured, web-researched blog post using Anthropic's Claude AI.

Content is generated by AI and may contain errors. You should always review and verify any generated content before publishing it. Quill AI is not liable for inaccurate content that you publish.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Quill AI
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to claim additional free credits is not permitted

Quill AI operates on a credit system. New users receive 3 free posts. Additional credits are purchased in packs via Stripe.

• Credits never expire
• All purchases are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase for a full refund, provided you have not used any of the credits in that pack
• Credits that have been used are non-refundable
• For refund requests, email asynchronousstudios@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase

You must not use Quill AI to generate content that:

• Is illegal under UK or applicable law
• Is sexually explicit, abusive, or harmful
• Relates to terrorism, extremism, or violence
• Facilitates the production of illegal drugs or weapons
• Involves the abuse or exploitation of minors
• Is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

You own all content generated using your credits. Quill AI claims no ownership or licence over content you generate.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish is accurate, compliant with applicable laws, and does not infringe any third-party rights.

Quill AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

AI-generated content may contain factual errors. Always verify information before publishing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quill AI's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
